Role: Power Platform Developer
Band: 6/7
Contract Length: 8-month FTC
Location: Sydney/WFH Flex

Join our clients Regulatory Systems team and play a key role in the development, enhancement, and support of a National Program. You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Dynamics CRM 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Build scalable, reusable, and efficient components across PowerApps (model-driven, canvas, portals), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

  • Provide technical expertise in system design, coding, testing, documentation, and release management.

  • Contribute to change and release processes, ensuring quality documentation, deployment planning, and compliance.

  • Deliver technical solutions and identify process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

  • Support and maintain IT systems, troubleshooting issues, driving resolution, and ensuring business continuity.

  • Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to the overall capability uplift of the development team.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps (model-driven, canvas, portals), Power Automate, and Power Platform Development.

  • Proven expertise with:

    • Microsoft Portals - administration, customisation, security, development.

    • Microsoft Dataverse environments and solutions.

    • Dynamics 365, particularly Case Management.

    • Web technologies - HTML, JavaScript, Liquid templates.

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, change management processes, and best practice documentation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience coaching and supporting team members while contributing to shared knowledge and project success.

  • Any knowledge of data integration such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Azure Web Application Firewalls and Service Queues would be an advantage.
