Role:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Contribute to a large-scale Salesforce implementation and integration initiative within the Not-for-Profit sector, supporting health and education outcomes.

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to transform how the client manages its instructor network and delivers training programs.

• Build robust Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and OmniStudio components (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and OmniScripts) to automate workflows and enable seamless data exchange between systems.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Technical Architect, and development team to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

• Support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing best practices.

You will have:

• 4-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including enterprise-level implementations.

• Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I required; advanced certifications preferred).

• Proven expertise with Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, FlexCards).

• Experience working with Experience Cloud (Communities) and strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security.

• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

• Familiarity with Git, Gearset/Copado, and CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Jenkins).

• Strong testing, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and Agile/Scrum experience.
