Our leading Federal Government client are hiring for an Associate Technical Business Analyst to join the organisation. This role is Sydney based, for an initial 9 month contract.
The successful candidate will have Oracle Fusion Cloud experience and be able to provide widespread application support. It is suited to someone with 1-3 years experience in a Technical Business Analyst role. This role requires someone who holds NV1 Clearance.
Role Title: Associate Technical Business Analyst
Daily Rate: $683.20 Inclusive of Super per day.
Location: Sydney CBD Based (50% in office - 2000)/WFH Hybrid
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a key liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud processes.

- Analyse business requirements, propose improvements, and implement changes aligned with global templates and best practices.
- Oversee and execute Oracle Fusion system enhancements, configurations, and customisations.
- Lead functional test planning and execution, managing defect tracking, and ensuring quality across all integrated products and solutions.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams and implementation partner to deliver and maintain seamless integrations and automation opportunities.
- Provide functional and technical support to business users and coordinate resolution.
- Prepare and facilitate end-user training sessions and documentation to maximise system adoption.
- Manage change requests, document functional requirements, and ensure proper system documentation.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as: Procurement, ERP, PM, PPM, HCM.
- Strong understanding of procurement, finance and HR functional processes and workflows.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies, including OIC, SFTP, REST APIs.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementations and enhancements.
- Significant of testing experience, preferable in Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Candidates based in Sydney are required and need to be in office a minimum of 50% per week. Additionally, you must possess Australian Citizenship and be able to obtain/or currently possess an NV1 Security Clearance.
