Product Owner - UKG Dimensions

Seeking a Product Owner with 2-3 years of UKG Dimensions experience to lead enhancements and delivery of our workforce management platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritise the UKG Dimensions product backlog.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and operations to optimise scheduling and timekeeping processes.

• Support releases, testing, and adoption of new features.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on UKG Dimensions (Kronos) experience.

• Strong understanding of workforce management processes.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum.

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
