This is a Manager of Managers role, overseeing a broad portfolio spanning on-premise infrastructure, networking, and cloud services, with a strong strategic focus on public cloud adoption where it delivers business value.

As the Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, you will play a critical leadership role, accountable for driving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of technology infrastructure across the business. You'll lead multiple high-performing teams responsible for:

• On-Premise Infrastructure Operations

• Enterprise Networking

• Cloud Engineering & Architecture (with a focus on public cloud adoption)

• Infrastructure Security, Automation & Service Reliability

You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and vendors to ensure the infrastructure landscape supports the organisation's strategic goals - balancing innovation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor senior managers across cloud, network, and infrastructure domains

• Define and execute the infrastructure and cloud strategy aligned with business objectives

• Drive adoption of public cloud technologies where they add value, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements

• Oversee delivery of robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure services

• Manage vendor relationships and infrastructure budgets effectively

• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture that encourages innovation and accountability

You're a strategic and people-focused technology leader with a track record of delivering infrastructure excellence at scale. You bring:

• Proven experience in senior infrastructure leadership roles, ideally within complex, enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure

• Experience managing leaders across multiple infrastructure domains

• A pragmatic, business-focused approach to public cloud adoption
