Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find an Infrastructure Team Leader to work across a Microsoft uplift program of work. The successful candidate will be an experienced, hands-on Infrastructure Engineer ideally with some technical leadership experience and solution design contribution experience.

This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane or Sydney CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane or Sydney with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk and/or Delinea in enterprise environments (essential)
• Proven experience managing a large infrastructure fleet of 2000+ servers (essential)
• Administer and maintain core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, and PowerShell automation.
• Administer and optimise SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, including performance tuning, replication management, and backup/recovery operations.
• Manage virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) and perform non-disruptive upgrades of critical infrastructure.
• Implement shift-left practices to improve service reliability, proactive monitoring, and cloud operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and effective stakeholder engagement to drive collaboration, change management, and service excellence.
