Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find an Windows Engineer to work across a Microsoft uplift program of work. The successful candidate will be an experienced and hands-on with Azure, VMware and Nutanix.

This role requires 2 days per week in the Brisbane office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience supporting and administering Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).

• Strong background in operational support, troubleshooting, and incident/problem management.

• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining virtualised infrastructure using VMware, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and identity management.

• Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and IIS.

• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.

• Experience performing upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance of critical infrastructure.

• Experience with backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
