You'll work hand-in-hand with engineering, product, and architecture teams to drive agile maturity, optimise delivery flow, and champion best practice across the product lifecycle.

Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and retrospectives that drive meaningful outcomes.
Partner with engineers and product managers to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.

Use data-driven insights to enhance delivery performance and predictability.
Manage dependencies across teams, products, and external partners.
Coach and mentor team members to uplift Agile capability.
Support roadmap alignment, estimation, and release planning.
Drive alignment between product, engineering, and customer outcomes.
Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and technical excellence.
About You
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a software or SaaS environment.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and their practical application.
Technical curiosity or background in software development or DevOps.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence, coach, and drive continuous improvement.
Experience working in fast-paced, product-led organisations.
Benefits
$175,000 inclusive package.
Hybrid work model based in Melbourne CBD.
Join a high-growth SaaS company with a bold, collaborative culture.
Opportunity to shape delivery excellence and be part of a high-performing, empowered team.
