About the Role

Talenza are partnering with an innovative consulting organisation offering AI enabled apps and services.

The role will drive growth of a new portfolio that includes both digital consulting services and proprietary applications. This role sits within a startup team as part of a globally recognised brand operating in Australia, Asia and the Middle east.

The role is both strategic and hands-on commercial leadership role for someone who can identify and act on whitespace opportunities taking digital products and services to market with the entrepreneurial mindset of a co-founder. The roles leads both Go To Market strategy and execution across multiple industries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and commercialise new digital consulting services and proprietary applications in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and shape market opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating offerings with clear value propositions.
  • Drive go-to-market success through research-led positioning, pricing, and IP-led commercial strategies that protect and maximise value.

Sales Leadership & Pipeline Growth

  • Own and drive a qualified sales pipeline across diverse markets, managing the full lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Execute disciplined pipeline and CRM management to ensure visibility, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing and delivery teams to activate go-to-market campaigns, optimise conversion, and build scalable, repeatable growth.

Client Growth & Strategic Leadership

  • Lead key client relationships with accountability for growth, retention, and strategic alignment across digital services and applications.
  • Develop and execute account expansion strategies through targeted upsell, cross-sell, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders through insight-led, outcome-driven engagement.

Market Intelligence & Offering Evolution

  • Translate market, client, and technology trends into actionable insights that shape offerings and commercial positioning.
  • Feed structured client feedback and market data into product and go-to-market refinement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery capabilities with evolving client needs and support thought leadership initiatives.

Commercial Operations & Performance Discipline

  • Establish scalable sales operations and enablement frameworks to underpin digital services growth.
  • Drive operational excellence through disciplined CRM use, pipeline governance, and structured reporting rhythms.
  • Monitor performance metrics - including pipeline velocity, win rates, and margins - to ensure data-driven decisions and commercial accountability.

  • Experience driving commercial success in digital or consulting environments, with ownership across services, apps, or productised offerings.
  • Proven ability to design, launch, and scale new offerings from concept to commercial traction while building internal revenue growth capability.
  • Track record of identifying whitespace and converting complex opportunities into scalable, high-value revenue streams.

Sales Excellence & Client Expansion

  • Demonstrated success winning and closing large, multi-geography deals and expanding key accounts through structured growth strategies.
