This isn't just a "deploy models" role. You'll build the foundation for our AI ecosystem, creating scalable, automated, and reliable systems that turn ideas into products people can rely on - every user, every time. ⚡

🌟 What You'll Do

• Deploy like a pro: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions. Implement GitOps principles so everything is versioned, declarative, and auditable.
  
• Engineer for scale: Optimize cloud and containerized infrastructure for performance and cost. Manage data pipelines, artifact lifecycles, and governance across all assets. ☁️🐳
  
• Build the AI "factory floor": Create reusable workflows, SDKs, templates, and self-service tools so the AI team can innovate faster without deep platform knowledge. 🔧🤖
  
• Guard the systems: Monitor health and performance, embed compliance, security, and data governance into every pipeline. Ensure our AI is trustworthy and robust. 🛡️📊
  
• Bridge tech worlds: Integrate AI systems across cloud-native and on-prem environments, ensuring smooth operation wherever needed. 🌐
  

🎯 What You Bring

• 2-4 years in MLOps, DevOps, AI infrastructure, or similar hands-on technical roles.
  
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, and orchestration systems.
  
• Automation & scripting skills (Python/Bash) with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps experience. 🐍💻
  
• Proven ability to build developer tools and self-service platforms (SDKs, CLI tools, templates) that simplify complex workflows.
  
• Solid understanding of compliance, security, and data governance in production systems.
  
• Experience with LLM architectures (e.g., RAG, vector databases) and monitoring tools like LangGraph, LangSmith, Langfuse is a big plus. ⚡🧠
  
• Team player and natural collaborator - you love sharing knowledge and solving problems together. 🤝
