Talenza is working with our client in the Utilities industry to hire a Test analyst. As a Test Analyst you will ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and performance of their digital systems across new implementations and upgrades. The successful candidate will lead all testing activities, develop and drive test strategies, manage QA teams, track and resolve defects, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions on time

Key Requirements:

• Lead all phases of testing (Unit, System, Integration, Regression, UAT) to ensure projects meet business and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, schedules, and environments, including test data setup.

• Manage QA teams, assign tasks, and oversee daily testing activities across multiple projects.

• Design, execute, and review test cases, tracking and resolving defects using JIRA and Zephyr Scale.

• Provide stakeholders with clear updates, metrics, risk assessments, and post-implementation validation support.

• Skills & Experience: 5+ years in test management or analysis, Agile/hybrid project experience, strong communication and analytical skills.

• Desirable: IT/QA degree, ISTQB, PMP, or Agile certifications, and experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP)
