Salary: 200K - 210K +super
Location: Sydney (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Head of Architecture
Division: Digital & Retail.

We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect who will shape and guide the architectural vision for next-generation consumer and digital solutions. You'll be responsible for designing robust, future-proof architectures that align with strategic roadmaps, deliver measurable business outcomes, and maximise the return on existing technology investments.

You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders across technology, delivery, and the business to define solution approaches, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and produce high-quality architectural artefacts that guide delivery execution. Acting as the technical design authority, you'll ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards.

• Translate business strategies and priorities into actionable, technology-driven architectures and solution designs

• Develop end-to-end solution blueprints aligned to enterprise standards, domain roadmaps, and governance frameworks

• Lead architecture and design discussions, ensuring solutions are cohesive, scalable, and fit for purpose

• Guide engineering and delivery teams through design, implementation, and integration activities

• Lead proof-of-concept efforts to validate emerging technologies and approaches

• Collaborate with product, delivery, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle

• Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and technical challenges and develop mitigation strategies

• Champion continuous improvement in design standards, tools, and practices

• Foster strong working relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic advisor

• 5+ years in Solution or Enterprise Architecture, with deep technical design and delivery experience

• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise or customer-facing solutions in Agile environments

• Strong understanding B2B, B2C - Digital Assisted Channels.

• Proven capability to lead technical discussions, facilitate workshops, and communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build alignment across diverse teams

• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability and a focus on delivery excellence
