Role: Senior Analyst - Contract Compliance
Daily Rate: $850 - $950 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until 30/06/26
Location: Parramatta/WFH Flex

Join our large NSW Government client and play a pivotal role in strengthening contract governance and compliance across a diverse portfolio of programs. You'll develop and implement frameworks, performance monitoring processes, and risk management practices that ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with NSW Government procurement standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of contract management and compliance frameworks.

  • Conduct reviews and audits to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Provide expert advice on contract compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed consistent governance practices.

  • Support alignment with NSW Procurement Framework and relevant regulatory obligations.



About You

You're a detail-oriented compliance professional with strong analytical skills and experience managing complex contracts. You excel in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance analysis, with a commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.



Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, law, commerce, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

  • Demonstrated experience in contract management, compliance, and risk management.

  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, contract law, and procurement processes.

  • Knowledge of NSW Government procurement and contract management frameworks.

  • Preferred experience in contract administration and procurement governance within the construction industry.
