We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the change management workstream for a major Operating Model Design initiative with one of our key clients. This role will be central to shaping and implementing the people, process, and organizational elements of the new operating model, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable transformation across the business. This is an initial 3-6-month FTC to extend with a multiyear program of work.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and operating model transformation, ideally gained within a consulting or large-scale transformation environment. Ideally experience in education, Public or similar complex environments.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:
- Change Strategy & Planning:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy and roadmap aligned to the operating model design and implementation plan. - Stakeholder Management:
Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored engagement plans to build alignment, sponsorship, and ownership across business units and leadership levels. - Impact Assessment:
Assess the organisational and role-level impacts of the new operating model, including changes to processes, structures, capabilities, and accountabilities. - Communications:
Design and execute communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of the operating model transformation. - Capability & Readiness:
Develop and lead initiatives to build readiness for change - including training, knowledge transfer, and upskilling programs. - Governance & Reporting:
Support the program governance structure with regular reporting on change progress, risk, and mitigation actions. - Collaboration:
Work closely with design teams, business leads, and PMO functions to ensure the change agenda is fully integrated into project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience in change management, organisational design, or transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting operating model design or large-scale business transformations.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and influencing skills at senior stakeholder levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement structured change management approaches (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in regulated, complex, or multi-geography organisations desirable.
