You'll work closely with business units, delivery leads, and finance teams to translate business needs into actionable plans, optimise resource utilisation, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery practices.

  • Maintain and enhance the demand intake process to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Facilitate demand planning sessions and governance forums, providing relevant reporting and insights.

  • Identify and manage demand-related risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Promote clear communication and collaboration across business and project stakeholders throughout the demand lifecycle.

Resource Allocation

  • Develop and maintain resource capacity models across teams and projects.

  • Monitor and report on utilisation, availability, and conflicts.

  • Partner with delivery leads and functional managers to ensure effective and efficient resource deployment.

Financial Management

  • Track and manage budgets, forecasts, and actuals across the project portfolio.

  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly financial reviews.

  • Deliver financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making and cost control.

  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate cost centre alignment and financial compliance.

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce dashboards and reports on demand pipeline, resource utilisation, and financial performance.

  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities - presenting actionable insights to leadership.

Change & Process Improvement

  • Champion process optimisation, automation, and standardisation within the PMO.

  • Enhance PMO methodologies and maintain tools, templates, and artefacts for project delivery.

  • Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.

Open Communication & Collaboration

  • Demonstrate initiative, innovation, and a commitment to quality.

  • Share knowledge and ideas openly, supporting a culture of transparency and continuous learning.

You're a motivated and collaborative PMO professional with a strong foundation in project and portfolio management. You thrive on structure, data-driven insights, and bringing clarity to complex initiatives. You're comfortable working across teams, balancing priorities, and supporting decision-making at all levels.
