Role:

I'm currently working with a leading Salesforce Consulting Partner on a major Higher Education transformation. The project is already in-flight and forms part of a broader program of work, offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

They're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect - someone who can take ownership, drive design outcomes, and confidently lead both internal teams and client stakeholders to define and document the solution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead design sessions and guide a team of talented Salesforce designers.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to shape and define the Salesforce solution.
• Document architecture decisions and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Oversee solution delivery and provide hands-on technical direction.

You will have:

• 4 + years Salesforce Solution architect experience with proven enterprise experience delivering engagements in:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud - Lead & Opportunity Management
• Salesforce Service Cloud - Case Management, OmniChannel
• Salesforce Experience Cloud - including OmniStudio
• Service Cloud Voice
• Einstein Bots

• Highly advantageous: Salesforce Education Cloud or previous engagements within the Higher Education space
• Application or System Architect certified
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and testing frameworks within Salesforce environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
