Description

Our NSW Government client are looking for an experienced ICT/SAP Trainer to join the organisation.
This role is Parramatta based and allows for hybrid working arrangements.

This role starts in February, 2026 and goes until the end of September 2026, paying between $750 - 850 per day + super.

About the Role

  • Develop, design and deliver highly engaging, inclusive and accessible training programs utilizing adultlearning principles and instructional design methodologies to achieve the business objectives of the organization and support cultural change.
  • Collaborate, negotiate and develop relationships with key customers, stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to understand people impacts, provide advice and recommendations and implement targeted projects and activities to deliver on business outcomes.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate high quality instructional materials, guides and learning materials and manage logistics and communication activities to ensure continuous improvement and optimal service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of learning and development strategy, process and activities to ensure that learning and development activities are aligned to organisational strategies and priorities
  • Monitor, review and evaluate training outcomes and feedback to support the shaping of learning and course design and continuously improve learning and development offerings
  • Apply and utilise multiple learning mediums including digital, face to face, on the job learning activities and coaching to enhance the delivery of learning and development experience and support practical application
  • Maintain up to date records on training activities and provide key data and reports to inform decision making and support learning and development activity

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of learning and development programs
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are required
  • Open to different industry experience.
  • ERP or CRM system training experience is a must.
