We're looking for a Data & Systems Program Lead to modernise risk data and systems, including ownership of the GRC platform. You'll lead initiatives from design to delivery, ensure data is accurate and actionable, and drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and compliance.

This role is open to max term or interim candidates, providing flexibility for the right professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead risk data and system improvement projects.
• Own the GRC platform roadmap and manage vendor delivery.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics for better risk insights.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into practical solutions.
• Oversee testing, issue resolution, documentation, and change management.
• Provide production support and guide end-users.
• Lead and develop the Risk Analyst.

About You:

• Experience in risk, compliance, or financial services with data/systems/program delivery.
• Skilled in GRC platforms, analytics tools, project delivery, and vendor management.
• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and self-driven.
• Familiarity with Protecht ERM, risk frameworks, or health/insurance sectors is a plus.
