Role: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Analyst
Day Rate: $800 - $1000 + Super
Contract Length: 6-months (likely extensions)
Location: Parramatta/WFH Hybrid

Join a high-performing HR technology team supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors across a large, complex organisation. This role suits a seasoned functional analyst with strong module expertise, configuration capability and a passion for system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide expert support across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning.
  • Resolve configuration, integration and data issues; manage escalations with SAP Support.

Configuration, Enhancements & Releases

  • Maintain and update system configurations and business rules.

  • Assess and support quarterly release impacts, regression testing and feature deployment.

Data Integrity & Management

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality data across modules and connected systems.

  • Support data loads, audits, mapping, validations and collaboration with HRIS/Payroll.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Ad Hoc Reports, Report Center, Canvas.

  • Provide analytics support and guidance to HR and business teams.

Security & Access

  • Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), conduct audits and ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors to translate needs into system solutions.

  • Deliver user training, documentation and support change adoption.

Projects & Testing

  • Contribute to SIT/UAT, cutover, data validation and go-live activities.

  • Provide hypercare support and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Strong functional experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules.

  • Hands-on configuration experience (EC, workflows, business rules, templates; provisioning desirable).

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.

  • Strong analytical, reporting and data validation skills.

  • Proven experience in testing, release management and supporting complex environments.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder engagement abilities.
