Key Requirements:

• Hands-on test automation (Selenium, Playwright, UIPath) and CI/CD experience
  
• Leading QA teams and designing frameworks
  
• Experience across APIs, mobile, cloud, web UI
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  
• Fintech, payroll, or payment platform experience a bonus
  
• ISTQB or similar certifications highly regarded
