Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a transformation within consumer lending. The role focuses on defining end-to-end workflow requirements, supporting delivery squads, and enabling new digital experiences across multiple systems and customer channels.

• Lead business and technical analysis across lending/origination processes.
• Produce clear functional requirements, workflow definitions, and technical documentation.
• Work with product, engineering, and UX teams to shape and deliver new platform features.
• Translate business needs into system, integration, and configuration requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, validate solutions, and support cross-application design.
• Contribute to data, integration, and migration streams as required.

Experience & Skills

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst with strong analysis capability.
• Experience in consumer lending is a must
• Prior experience across non-bank lenders or personal finance, loan origiations systems would be advantageous
• Strong ability to document system behaviour, integrations, and solution requirements.
• Experience with API analysis, system integration patterns, and platform configuration (advantageous)
• Comfortable working across multiple systems with a solid understanding of interoperability.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Delivery-focused, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced project environments.
• Able to operate independently while contributing structured thinking and clarity.
