Our NSW Government client are looking for a highly capable Workspace Technical Support Officer to join the organisation. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective operation of the desktop environment, core and relevant office business applications and related ICT infrastructure. This role is Kogarah based and requires 5 days a week working on-site.

Role Title: Workspace Technical Support Officer

Contract Role Till: 17/04/2026

Hourly Pay: up to $55 + Super per hour.

Location: Kogarah (2217) - Completely office based, 5 days a week on site.

About the Role

• The role will primarily be supporting building & deploying devices for the organisation regarding development as well as providing support onsite support.
• The Workspace Support Senior Technical Officer will provide support with installation and configuration and resolve tickets logged via the Service Desk for the Desktop Environment.
• This may include managing services provided by external organisations, either on-premise, in the cloud, or in other locations.
  

Skills & Experience

• Experience in desktop support, tech support, and device deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are needed.
