Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions to capture business requirements and map current-state and future-state processes.

  • Manage and triage incoming demand for the Network Delivery Office, ensuring prioritisation aligns with strategic objectives.

  • Champion agile delivery practices by facilitating key ceremonies, removing impediments, and acting as Scrum Master when needed.

  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and continuous improvement frameworks (DMAIC, Six Sigma) to drive delivery excellence.

  • Identify, lead, and implement improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, eliminate waste, and enhance customer outcomes.

  • Provide clear visibility and reporting across initiatives, ensuring alignment with program- and portfolio-level priorities.

  • Develop business cases and support investment governance activities.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across technology, operations, and product teams.

  • Ensure full traceability of requirements from discovery through development, testing, and implementation.

  • Leverage data and insights to guide prioritisation, measure performance, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Support change management, communications, and training activities for new automation and digital solutions.

Key skillset:

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally within program management or digital product environments.

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, with hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Business Analyst.

  • Familiarity with traditional and hybrid project management approaches (e.g., Waterfall, Hybrid) and continuous improvement frameworks such as DMAIC and Six Sigma.

  • Proficient in process mapping, gap analysis, and facilitating stakeholder workshops.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead improvement initiatives and apply data-driven methods to solve complex problems.

  • Experience with demand management tools, workflows, and prioritisation frameworks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong capability in producing clear and concise documentation.

  • Proven track record of operating effectively within complex programs and managing multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
