Talenza is partnering with a major telecommunications provider leading significant transformation across networks, digital platforms, and customer systems. As part of a high-performing PMO, this role is critical to enabling accurate, transparent, and effective delivery planning across complex, multi-stream programs.
About the Role
As the Project Scheduler, you will own the development, maintenance, and optimisation of program schedules across a large telco transformation. Working closely with Project Managers, Workstream Leads, PMO, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are clearly defined, controlled, and communicated.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, track, and report program and project progress against key milestones and deliverables
Provide expert guidance on schedule creation, maintenance, resourcing, cost planning, and exception management
Maintain and optimise the Master Schedule, consolidating inputs from multiple streams
Ensure all project schedules adhere to industry and PMO best-practice standards
Identify and manage risks, issues, tasks, and dependencies impacting delivery timelines
Produce high-quality reports and insights for PMO leadership and governance forums
Work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment
Support scenario planning, schedule forecasting, and impact assessments
Drive consistency and quality of scheduling across the entire program
Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and frameworks
Key Selection Criteria
Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or PMO Scheduler, ideally within telecommunications
Strong expertise in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools
Demonstrated ability to maintain complex master schedules across multi-stream programs
Strong understanding of dependencies, critical paths, resource planning, and risk management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and translate delivery data
Experience supporting large enterprise transformation or network delivery environments
High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
