About the role

A leading Australian financial services company are looking to recruit an experienced Network Devops Engineer in Sydney on a 6-month initial contract for the business.

The role is focussed on technical delivery of the Core Modernization Infrastructure Automation stream.

Responsibilities:

• Technical input to low level designs and implementation of automation and network tasks
• Process design and automation of software updates for Cisco and F5 technologies
• Work on the design and implementation of the automation platform
• Vendor and stakeholder engagement

Key Skills:

• Deep experience in data centre networks - Cisco ACI, Cisco R+S
• Strong firewall experience - Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto
• Extensive Python knowledge
• Experience with both Terraform and Ansible
• Knowledge of CI/CD
