Talenza is supporting it's Government client in their search for a Change Analyst, on a 12 month day rate contract. This role is based in Brisbane CBD, offering hybrid working.

You will support the Change Manager and Program Manager in developming change communication and training across the organisation regarding the replacement of a legacy IT application.

Responsibilities

* Support the development and roll out of change activities to allow adoption of new systems and processes.
* Conduct detailed change impact assessments, documenting impacts to processes, responsibilities and workflows.
* Develop and deliver communications tailored to various stakeholder groups, ensuring clear and consistent messaging about changes, benefits, timelines, and expectations.
* Analyse the differences between the legacy system and the new platform to identify key change areas and readiness gaps.
* Engage with various stakeholders, especially end users, to assess readiness, understand system usage, identify concerns, provide guidance, and gather feedback.
* Contribute to the development of training materials and participate in training activities.
* Assist with go-live activities, provide post-implementation support and coaching, and monitor adoption levels.

Essential Requirements for the role

* Must have experience with the role title of Change Analyst/Change Manager, with extensive experience designing and implementing change initiatives to support successful IT project/program outcomes, including technology-focused transformations.
* Strong experience engaging stakeholders to build relationships and support people through change.
* Proven experience developing and executing communication and training around changes to IT application.
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced project environment.
* Mix of Government and Private sector experience preferred. Ideally would have Government expeirence.
