Role: Change Analyst
Daily Rate: $670 - $770 + Super
Contract Length: 9 Months
Location: Parramatta/WFH Flex
Join a major transformation program supporting large-scale business and system change. This role is ideal for an adaptable Change Analyst who can bring structure, clarity and people-focused change delivery expertise into a fast-moving environment.
Key Technical Requirements
Hands-on experience delivering change for SAP system changes, including business process impacts, training needs, data or workflow changes, and user readiness.
Experience within shared services, BPO or ERP support environments, ideally involving large customer bases and complex operational models.
Strong understanding of project environments and how change management integrates with project delivery to achieve business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Deliver change activities across business projects using best-practice change and project management methodologies.
Provide expert advice on end-to-end change strategy, communications, training needs, readiness, deployment and impact assessment.
Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments, validating impacts with functional leads and SMEs.
Develop change management plans, communications, training and orientation activities to support a smooth transition to future state.
Ensure consistent application of the organisation's change framework across all initiatives.
Build strong working relationships across teams to deeply understand business challenges, customer impacts and operational requirements.
Monitor change progress, readiness, risks and issues, preparing high-quality reporting to support informed decision-making.
Engage and influence stakeholders through consultation, negotiation and proactive issue management.
Provide insights on emerging risks and recommend strategies to mitigate impacts to people, processes and service delivery.
About You
Proven experience in organisational change management across medium-to-large programs.
Ability to translate complex technical or system information into clear, engaging content.
Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
Solid capability in structured change methodologies and frameworks.
High attention to detail with strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant qualifications in Change Management or equivalent experience.
