Role:
As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery across in-flight and upcoming projects spanning Salesforce Core Clouds and industry-specific solutions Working within a professional services team you will manage medium- large scale engagements and guide multi-disciplinary teams toward successful outcomes.


This is a high-autonomy role within a lean, boutique environment. Ideal for a "roll-up-your-sleeves" self-starter who can confidently operate with minimal supervision and handle the ambiguity of a growing firm. Beyond delivery, you will act as a strategic advisor, contributing to Pre-Sales/Estimation and internal PMO framework improvements. Must demonstrate versatility in navigating complex governance models typical of large Enterprise, Healthcare, and Public Sector clients while maintaining agile delivery speeds.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing full project lifecycle including planning, governance, risk management, and structured delivery across multi-cloud Salesforce initiatives.
• Providing clear, consistent, and influential communication to clients and key stakeholders throughout the engagement.
• Leading cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and architects to ensure alignment with delivery standards and business goals.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies, preparing status reports, and chairing project meetings and steering committees.
• Identifying delivery risks and dependencies early, ensuring proactive mitigation and transparent reporting.
• Supporting continuous improvement across delivery frameworks and contributing to efficient consulting operations.

You will have:

• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5 + years in professional services
• Ideally Salesforce project management experience-extensive exposure preferred, but lighter Salesforce experience is also acceptable.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver in product development environment

• Deep understanding of all aspects of the systems/software agile development cycle, including some technical knowledge of Salesforce, programming, system design, cloud infrastructure and database concepts.

• Strong client-facing presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing concurrent projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Deep familiarity with agile delivery, governance structures, RAID management, and consulting best practices.
