Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find an experienced Solution Architect to ensure the smooth implementation of their new CRM. The successful candidate will have experience delivering multiple different CRM platforms, adept with integrations, high and low level solution designs and be able to guide technical teams.


This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering greenfield CRM implementations from strategy through to go-live

• Demonstrated delivery across multiple CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, TechnologyOne, or equivalent enterprise CRM solutions (a single platform specialist isn't suitable for this role)

• Solid experience designing and overseeing system integrations, including APIs, middleware, identity management, and data migration

• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to lead requirements discovery, translate business needs into solution designs, and manage scope

• Experience leading or contributing to RFP and vendor procurement processes, including solution evaluation, architecture assurance, and platform selection

• Proven capability to lead and collaborate with technical delivery teams (internal and external), ensuring designs are implemented as intended

• Strong understanding of implementation governance, delivery frameworks, and managing risks in complex enterprise environments

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, business leaders, and technical specialists
