Talenza have been engaged by a Brisbane based enterprise to find a Sitecore Technical Lead to work on a greenfield CMS implementation. The successful candidate will be have experience leading external vendor development teams.

This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Sitecore Technical Lead or Senior Sitecore Engineer, with deep hands-on expertise across Sitecore XP/XM.

• Solid engineering background in .NET / C#, with the ability to perform detailed code reviews and enforce development standards.

• Proven experience managing and directing external vendor development teams, providing technical oversight and delivery assurance.

• Demonstrated ability to consult with internal business units and stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Experience owning technical design and architectural decisions within a Sitecore environment.

• Strong understanding of Sitecore best practices, including performance, security, and maintainability.

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
