Lead Software Engineer (x3)

Salary: $180-200K + super + STI & LTI
Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid - 1 day/week in office)
Reporting to: Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a number of Lead Software Engineer passionate about building secure, scalable systems. You'll contribute directly to the architecture and development of a next-gen open finance platform, collaborating with product, research, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance features.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, including ReactJS/NextJS and NodeJS
• Skilled in backend development using Go, TypeScript, Rust, or Java
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, blockchain fundamentals, and Web2/Web3 applications
• Experience working with cloud-native technologies, ideally GCP
• Build and maintain production-grade systems, APIs, and infrastructure
• Write secure, testable code and contribute to architecture and technical direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a high-performing, product-focused team
