About You:

• Strong experience with SailPoint IGA - preferably Identity Security Cloud.
• 4-6+ years' experience in Identity & Access Management, with strong knowledge of IAM/IGA principles, access controls, and security best practices.
• Previously delivered role mining, role design, and RBAC implementation in SailPoint.
• Understanding of the role of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID in the IGA context and integrating with them.
• Familiarity with other technology such as CyberArk, Saviynt, Azure, AWS.

About the Role:

• Lead the support, administration, and continuous improvement of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform and associated processes.

• Manage and troubleshoot identity lifecycle processes, including user provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise systems.

• Oversee accurate and timely user access setup aligned to business requirements and access governance controls.

• Conduct periodic security reviews of privileged accounts across Azure, AWS, and other platforms to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

• Enable application Single Sign-On (SSO) via Entra ID and coordinate account deactivation to reduce overall attack surface.
