Description
Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find an experienced Technical Lead to ensure the smooth implementation of their new CRM. The successful candidate will have experience delivering a similar project, adept with integrations, low level solution design and be able to guide technical teams.
This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane or Sydney with full working rights.

Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of at least one end-to-end CRM replacement or major implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce (or similar), including design, build, integration, testing and go-live.
Strong engineering background with the ability to provide hands-on technical leadership, set solution direction, review designs and code, and lead a multi-disciplinary technical team through complex delivery phases.
Proven ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, Finance), translating business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
Experience designing and delivering integrations between CRM platforms and downstream and upstream systems such as ERP, finance, identity, data platforms and external vendors using APIs, middleware or integration platforms.
Demonstrated capability managing system integrators and third-party vendors, including scope definition, technical oversight, delivery assurance, dependency management and quality control.
Ability to define target-state architecture, integration patterns, data models and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security and long-term maintainability.
Experience identifying technical risks, managing dependencies and supporting delivery governance, including release planning, environment management and production readiness.
