Change Analyst - Enterprise SharePoint Program

We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the successful delivery and adoption of an enterprise-wide SharePoint implementation within a leading banking organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring employees are engaged, informed, and ready to adopt new ways of working in a highly regulated environment.

Working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams, you will support the delivery of change management activities across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

  Support the delivery of change management plans aligned to project objectives

  Conduct change impact assessments and readiness activities
• 
  Deliver communication and engagement initiatives
• 
  Coordinate training, user enablement, and support activities
• 
  Capture feedback and support resistance management
• 
  Assist with embedding the solution into day-to-day business operations
