Talenza is partnering with a leading telecommunications organisation delivering complex, regulated portfolios across customer, billing, and revenue-critical domains. With a strong focus on customer outcomes, billing accuracy, credit performance, and risk management, this organisation operates in a highly visible and compliance-driven environment.
As a Senior Portfolio Analyst, you will provide portfolio-level oversight and actionable insights across customer and billing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on compliance, risk, and credit performance. You will analyse delivery, financial, and operational data to support informed decision-making across executive and senior leadership forums.
This role works closely with Risk, Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams, sitting at the intersection of commercial performance, customer experience, and regulatory obligations.
Deliver end-to-end portfolio reporting across customer, billing, and credit initiatives
Provide actionable insights on portfolio health, compliance, risk exposure, and delivery performance
Report on billing and credit key performance indicators including accuracy, leakage, debt, remediation, and customer impact
Analyse portfolio exposure across customer outcomes, billing integrity, credit risk, and regulatory obligations
Track and report on financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and benefits realisation
Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, and investment decision-making
Identify cross-initiative dependencies and their impact on customer, revenue, and risk outcomes
Partner closely with Risk, Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams to align insights and actions
Prepare executive-ready dashboards, insights, and SteerCo reporting
Maintain data quality and integrity across portfolio tools, KPI dashboards, and reporting packs
Proven experience as a Senior Portfolio Analyst / PMO Analyst in large, complex environments
Telecommunications experience strongly preferred, particularly across customer, billing, and credit domains
Strong understanding of billing, credit performance, compliance, and risk management
Demonstrated experience reporting on operational and financial KPIs at portfolio level
Advanced reporting and data analysis capability (Excel, Power BI, portfolio tools)
Ability to produce clear, concise executive insights and recommendations
Strong stakeholder engagement across Risk, Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams
$800 -$950 per day inclusive
6-month contract with extension potential
