- Build and deliver solutions in construction management platforms: RIB CX, Aconex, TeamBinder, Procore, Autodesk
- Work closely with business stakeholders and actively contribute to solution and end-to-end delivery of solutions
- $165K- $180K package + annual bonus

The head office is based in Sydney CBD with a 2/4 days a week hybrid policy along with a bonus component
Role:
You will be working in the digital team supporting construction operating platforms. As the solution engineer you will be responsible for functional support, enhancement and platform optimisation to maximise business value and platform usability- contributing to the platform roadmap. This is a techno-functional role. Applications in focus are RIB CX, Aconex, TeamBinder, Procore, Autodesk. You will be joining an agile team to ensure the solutions are accessible, reusable, secure and modern so that it better enables products and outcomes of construction systems and data.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of user stories through solution engineering focusing on reusability across products and outcomes
- Developing solution designs, coding and testing for specific work packages
- Collaborating with product teams, platform teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify platform enhancements to improve the user experience and enable more accessible, stable, secure and supportable platform
You will have:
- 5+ years in technology/digital roles - Construction domain experience highly advantageous
- Previous experience implementing and supporting operational systems Experience with RIB, Aconex, or Visibuild highly desirable
- Experience working in Agiles methodology with fortnightly sprints
- Strong attention to detail regarding quality / robust nature of code, best development practices
- Technical skillset in: Javascript, .Net, ASP, SQL, SSIS, Crystal or SSRS reporting
- Basic understanding of integration principles and common data exchange methods (e.g., APIs, webhooks, file transfers).
- Familiarity with workflow automation or orchestration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, or similar) to streamline business processes.
- Ability to define basic data mappings and understand API request/response structures (e.g., JSON, XML).
- Experience with system connectivity, data flow, and error handling in integrated environments.
