Full-time | Hybrid
We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our growing data team in Sydney. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and advanced analytics, enabling high-quality marketing and customer insights across digital and social channels.
You'll design and build analytics-ready datasets, support experimentation and modelling use cases, and partner with marketing and product teams to drive data-led growth.
Build and maintain curated, analytics-ready data models and marts (customer, campaign, digital).
Enable A/B testing and experimentation through reliable data pipelines and metrics.
Support propensity and predictive modelling use cases with well-structured datasets.
Develop marketing and funnel performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
Partner with analysts, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders on data needs.
Improve data quality, documentation, and semantic layers for reporting and BI.
3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics.
Strong SQL and data modelling skills (warehouse / dimensional modelling).
Experience preparing data for experimentation or data science.
Exposure to marketing, digital, or customer data domains.
Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, Airflow or similar).
Comfortable working with stakeholders and translating requirements into data models.
Experience supporting A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
Familiarity with marketing or social media datasets.
Exposure to Python or data science workflows.
