A large and complex organisation is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to lead and evolve enterprise Change and Release Management practices. This role is critical to coordinating delivery across a diverse digital portfolio while reducing risk and ensuring operational stability.

You will own the release strategy and forward schedule, chair Change Advisory Boards, oversee ServiceNow change and release processes, and provide final authorisation for change activity. Working closely with project, operational, and vendor teams, you will manage interdependencies, ensure compliant service transitions, and drive continuous improvement across ITIL‑aligned frameworks.

Strong experience in complex environments, stakeholder engagement, and Release and Technical Change Management is essential.
