Role: Microsoft Word Template Tester
Day Rate: $352.92
Contract Length: Initial contract until 26/06/26
Location: Sydney CBD

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Word Template Tester to support the system testing of Word-based templates that generate letters and documents using data pulled from CRM systems. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, reliability, compliance, and usability of automated document outputs.

You will work closely with developers, template designers, and business stakeholders to validate data mappings, workflows, and template functionality in a secure and user-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end system testing of Microsoft Word templates

• Validate data integration between Word templates and CRM systems

• Test document generation workflows for accuracy and usability

• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues

• Ensure templates comply with branding, security, and privacy standards

• Create and maintain test cases and supporting test documentation

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

About You

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Word templates and automation

• Background in system testing and quality assurance practices

• Experience working with CRM systems and data integrations

• Ability to design and execute test cases for complex workflows

• Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools

• Basic understanding of Word automation concepts

• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance standards
