We are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced Program Director. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large, multi-year strategic transformation program for a complex enterprise client. Operating in a highly federated environment, the role is accountable for shaping, governing, and driving delivery outcomes across multiple interdependent workstreams aligned to the client's long-term strategy.

This engagement focuses on enabling sustainable, scalable change across core business systems, processes, and ways of working. The Program Director will work closely with senior client sponsors, executive stakeholders, and delivery partners to ensure outcomes are realised, risks are actively managed, and delivery remains aligned to strategic intent. This role is NOT an IT or Digital Program; it is centred around process re-design and operational improvement.

Initial 6-12 month FTC, ideally 5 days in a CBD office.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with one of our key clients on their transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. Including the following:

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of a multi-stream transformation program, ensuring alignment across interdependent initiatives.
• Maintain a clear line of sight between strategic objectives, program scope, delivery sequencing, and benefits realisation.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, with a strong understanding of downstream impacts.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Serve as the primary interface between consulting delivery teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and functional leads across a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Facilitate informed decision-making through clear, concise communication and structured executive reporting.

Governance, Planning & Assurance

• Establish and lead appropriate governance frameworks, forums, and reporting cadence.
• Oversee development of business cases, delivery plans, prioritisation frameworks, and investment sequencing.
• Ensure delivery adheres to agreed governance standards, methodologies, and risk controls.

Delivery Coordination & Team Leadership

• Coordinate consulting and client delivery resources across multiple workstreams.
• Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to program and project team members.
• Ensure delivery milestones are met and dependencies are actively managed.

Risk, Issues & Benefits Management

• Proactively identify, manage, and report on program risks and issues.
• Oversee benefits tracking, measurement approaches, and reporting to support value realisation.
• Ensure program insights and data inform delivery decisions and executive updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience

• 10+ years leading large, complex transformation programs
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong background in enterprise-scale change across business and technology domains
• Experience working within consulting or advisory delivery models
• Exposure to highly regulated or federated organisations preferred
