Talenza have been engaged by a Brisbane based organisation to work on a digital uplift program of work. The successful candidate will be an experienced with D365 CRM architecture designs, consulting with different business units and working with technical teams.

This role requires 2 days per week in the Brisbane office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Lead the solution architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CRM for a digital uplift or transformation program.

• Define target-state architecture, integration patterns, data models, and non-functional requirements.

• Act as a trusted consultant to business and technology stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable D365 solutions.

• Facilitate design workshops and provide clear architectural guidance and recommendations.

• Provide technical leadership to D365 developers and delivery teams, setting standards and reviewing designs and solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience delivering CRM solutions using Agile / DevOps methodologies.
