Talenza have been engaged by a Brisbane based organisation to work on a digital uplift program of work. The successful candidate will be an experienced with Microsoft architecture designs, consulting with different business units and working with technical teams.

This role requires 2 days per week in the Brisbane south side office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Proven Solution Architecture experience delivering large-scale digital uplift or transformation programs, designing end-to-end solutions that modernise legacy platforms and enable new digital capabilities.

• Strong experience designing and delivering Azure-hosted solutions, including cloud architecture patterns, integration, security, scalability and platform governance.

• Experience working across Microsoft technologies including Dynamics 365 (non-Finance & Operations), supporting capabilities such as CRM, customer engagement, and digital service platforms. (desirable)

• Ability to design solutions spanning identity and access management (IAM), digital platforms, customer membership or loyalty capabilities, and offer management platforms.

• Experience supporting automation and platform re-platforming initiatives, including modernising legacy systems and integrating cloud-native services.

• Broad architecture capability with exposure to data and analytics strategy, integration patterns, and enterprise platforms, working with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business outcomes.
