You'll work in a structured delivery environment alongside architects, functional consultants, and delivery leads on a high-impact public sector transformation.

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a key role in delivering a public sector Education Cloud implementation, contributing across solution design, development, and delivery. This role spans hands-on development, technical leadership (for senior profiles), and close collaboration with functional and delivery teams within an Agile framework.

Opportunities are available at Mid, Senior, and Tech Lead levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to Education Cloud requirements
• Develop high-quality code using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integrations
• Write and maintain technical documentation and design notes
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies
• Deliver technical demos and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders
• Build POCs and perform impact analysis for solution design
• Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance activities
• Mentor Functional Consultants and support solution integrity
• Identify risks and contribute mitigation strategies
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and code reviews

You Will Have:

• 5-8 years' experience developing within the Salesforce ecosystem
• 10+ end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Strong experience with Education Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and security models
• Experience with integrations, SFDX, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling
• Agile delivery experience and strong stakeholder communication skills
