You'll work in a structured consulting environment alongside developers, architects, and delivery leads, contributing to a large-scale Education Cloud implementation.

Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you'll support the delivery of a public sector Education Cloud implementation, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on requirements gathering, functional design, Salesforce configuration, and ensuring solutions align with business processes and user needs.

You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into well-designed Salesforce solutions within an Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and document requirements gathering workshops and outcomes
• Create and interpret business process maps, including BPMN
• Write clear user stories using BDD and Gherkin notation
• Configure Salesforce components in line with functional designs
• Perform unit testing and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with backlog management and sprint planning activities
• Identify and raise delivery risks with proposed mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to maintain solution integrity
• Maintain required training and Salesforce certifications

You Will Have:

• 1-3 years' experience working with the Salesforce platform
• Experience in functional consulting, business analysis, or delivery roles
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and requirements management
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively
• A consulting mindset with a focus on delivering business value

Certifications (Highly Regarded):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• SAFe, Product Owner, or Business Analyst certifications (advantageous)
