Melbourne CBD (Hybrid)

Talenza is partnering with a well-established financial services organisation undertaking a strategic relocation between two Melbourne CBD offices. This organisation operates in a regulated, enterprise environment and is focused on minimising business disruption while delivering a seamless, technology-enabled transition for its people.

This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of a mid-sized office move, spanning planning, governance, vendor coordination, technology readiness, and business transition. While not a hands-on technical role, strong technology literacy is essential to ensure effective coordination across IT, workplace technology, networks, security, and end-user computing.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Property, Technology, Risk, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure the relocation is delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal operational impact.

  • Own and deliver the full office relocation program from initiation through to post-move stabilisation

  • Develop and manage the integrated project plan covering property, technology, people, and operational readiness

  • Coordinate technology workstreams including networks, end-user computing, AV, security access, and system cutovers

  • Manage third-party vendors (fit-out, removalists, IT suppliers, building management)

  • Establish and maintain governance, RAID logs, reporting, and executive updates

  • Partner with business leaders to manage change, communications, and move sequencing

  • Ensure compliance with financial services governance, risk, and security requirements

  • Manage budgets, dependencies, and critical path activities across parallel workstreams

  • Lead go-live and hypercare activities to ensure a smooth business transition

  • Proven experience delivering office relocations or large workplace moves in complex environments

  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology environments (networks, EUC, AV, security, infrastructure)

  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • Strong governance, risk, and delivery discipline

  • Melbourne-based and available for a long-term contract engagement

  • 11-month contract with a clear, high-impact delivery mandate

  • $1,000 - $1,200 per day (inclusive) depending on experience

  • High-visibility program within a reputable financial services organisation

  • Opportunity to lead a tangible, business-critical transformation initiative
