We're looking for a senior Product / Business consultant (or a really strong BA) with deep Overseas Visitors Health Cover (OVHC) experience to help get a new product over the line and ready for launch.

The project is already moving. What's needed now is someone who really understands the Australian health insurance landscape and can turn product intent into clear, workable processes for the teams who'll actually run it.

This isn't a tech build role. It's about business readiness, compliance and execution.

• Bringing OVHC expertise to validate and sharpen existing requirements

• Making sure the product stacks up against PHI regulations and visa compliance (e.g. 8501)

• Turning high-level ideas into practical, end-to-end business processes

• Sense-checking fund rules, policy wording and product logic before go-live

• Being the go-to person when tricky product or regulatory questions come up

• Working closely with Ops, Marketing and Tech to keep delivery on track

• Helping teams prepare for launch - training inputs, UAT support, BAU handover

• Hands-on experience in Australian Private Health Insurance, specifically OVHC

• Strong background in Product Delivery or Business Analysis (business-side focus)

• Someone who can cut through ambiguity and just get things done

• Confident stakeholder manager who can translate complexity into plain English

• Detail-oriented, pragmatic and commercially switched on

• High-impact piece of work in a tightly regulated space

• You'll be trusted to shape how the product actually lands in the business

• Senior stakeholders, clear mandate, real accountability
