Talenza have been exclusively engaged by an global enterprise to find an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a their Australian marketing function. The successful candidate will have proven hands on experience configuring the salesforce cloud marketing module, experienced supporting stakeholders and be able to manage the platform integrations.
This role requires 2 days per week in the Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth CBD offices and is only open to candidates currently based in Australia with full working rights.

Key Requirements
- Proven Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience, including configuration of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and permission models - with a strong focus on platform stability, security, and usability rather than custom development.
- Hands-on experience managing and supporting platform integrations between Salesforce and adjacent enterprise systems (e.g. marketing automation, data enrichment, ERP), ensuring reliable data flow, governance, and operational continuity.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (or equivalent demonstrated experience), with a track record of staying current with Salesforce releases and translating new platform capabilities into a prioritised roadmap aligned to business needs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to partner effectively with business users, digital teams, vendors, and internal Salesforce champions to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive adoption.
- Demonstrated capability in CRM optimisation and process improvement, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved user experience across Salesforce and connected platforms.
- Experience supporting end-user adoption, including training, documentation, and ongoing support, enabling teams to use Salesforce effectively and consistently.
- Self-directed and delivery-focused, able to manage priorities, resolve issues, and operate effectively across cross-functional teams in a complex, enterprise environment.
