We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives in fast-moving, changeable environments.

This role suits someone who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, managing multiple interdependencies, and owning delivery outcomes - not just timelines.

• Lead complex technology projects end-to-end, from planning through to operational handover

• Manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently across evolving scope and priorities

• Coordinate across internal delivery teams and external vendors, actively managing dependencies

• Own governance, reporting, RAID, financials, and delivery forums

• Build and maintain robust delivery plans, adapting as scope and priorities change

• Identify risks early, recommend pragmatic trade-offs, and keep delivery on track

• Partner closely with technical teams to understand solution design, effort, risks, and constraints

• Drive resolution of delivery issues and escalate with clear options when required

• Ensure deliverables are completed, accepted, and transitioned into BAU

• Strong experience delivering technology projects end-to-end

• Proven financial and budget management capability

• Experience managing external vendors and contractors

• Background in infrastructure upgrades, application modernisation, or legacy system migrations

• Ability to assess business and technical impacts and shape delivery options

• Comfortable working across multiple delivery models in fast-paced environments

• Calm, decisive, and pragmatic under pressure

• Insurance experience highly regarded

• Ownership of high-impact, enterprise-scale technology initiatives

• Exposure to complex delivery environments with real accountability
