Are you someone who lives and breathes process improvement and knows the insurance world inside out?
We're looking for a Business Optimisation Consultant to support a transformation-focused initiative, working across core insurance processes with a strong emphasis on underwriting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, facilitating workshops, and turning complex processes into clear, optimised future-state solutions.
Reviewing and analysing existing business processes
Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities
Mapping current and future-state processes
Identifying and driving process optimisation opportunities
Ensuring alignment to agreed target-state models
Producing clear, high-quality documentation and analysis to support change initiatives
Strong experience within the Insurance industry
Solid understanding of the Underwriting lifecycle
Background in business transformation environments
Proven capability in:
Process optimisation & redesign
Process mapping and documentation
Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Meaningful work within a transformation program
High visibility across business and underwriting teams
