We're looking for a Business Optimisation Consultant to support a transformation-focused initiative, working across core insurance processes with a strong emphasis on underwriting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, facilitating workshops, and turning complex processes into clear, optimised future-state solutions.

• Reviewing and analysing existing business processes

• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to uncover pain points and opportunities

• Mapping current and future-state processes

• Identifying and driving process optimisation opportunities

• Ensuring alignment to agreed target-state models

• Producing clear, high-quality documentation and analysis to support change initiatives

• Strong experience within the Insurance industry

• Solid understanding of the Underwriting lifecycle

• Background in business transformation environments

• Proven capability in:

  • Process optimisation & redesign

  • Process mapping and documentation

  • Business analysis and stakeholder engagement

• Meaningful work within a transformation program

• High visibility across business and underwriting teams
