Role: Test Manager
Day Rate: $1000
Contract Length: 3-months (likely extensions)
Location: Fully Remote (within Australia only)

Our client is embarking on the development of a bespoke application to support frontline teams and is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the initial testing setup and strategy.

This is an initial 3-month contract focused on establishing the testing approach, frameworks and tooling, with a strong likelihood of extension as the program evolves into a longer-term, enterprise-aligned delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and implement a pragmatic test strategy aligned to Agile, multi-stage delivery

• Establish testing frameworks to support incremental value drops

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across internal teams and delivery partners

• Work closely with developers within a CI/CD environment

• Embed automated testing practices and ensure alignment with broader delivery goals

• Collaborate with BAs, developers and external partners to ensure quality outcomes

• Drive proactive communication across delivery streams

About You

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in Agile delivery environments

• Strong background in automated testing (essential)

• Hands-on experience working with:

  • React-based applications

  • Jira and Confluence (including test management plugins)

  • CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to Tosca or similar automation tools

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• A collaborative, adaptable mindset suited to evolving project scope
